The first point of call for support when you need help using your GiraffePad account is to look in this knowledge base for answers to your questions.

Use the categories at the left side or the search bar at the top to help you find the answer you need.

Support via Email

If you can't find what you're looking for in the knowledge base then please raise a support ticket by sending an email to support@giraffepad.com with details of your issue.

Once you have raised a support ticket you will receive an automated response to let you know we have it. You can expect a personal response from one of our team within one business day, but usually you won't have to wait that long.

The support team working hours are 9 am to 5 pm GMT and operate Monday to Friday.
