How to add additional trainers to your GiraffePad account:
1: How do multi-trainer accounts work?
GiraffePad allows you to add multiple trainers/coaches to your account enabling you run all your events through the same dashboard. Your subscription will be automatically updated when you add a trainer. The current prices are £40 +vat per month for the original account holder and then £30 + vat per month for additional trainers. (For teams over 10 please contact us for enterprise pricing).
Each trainer on the account will have the functionality to:
- create and run events and programmes
- add additional trainers from the account to their events and programmes
- access the resource library
- view the calendar
- create their own profile and upload their profile image.
- View the dashboard listing all the events and programmes that are live in your account (They will only be able to open/edit events and programmes they have been invited to or created themselves).
The original account holder:
- Will be able to view and edit all events and programmes in the dashboard event if they are not listed as a trainer on that event or programme.
- Have sole access to the subscription settings and details
- Have sole access to the account settings and details (such as uploading the logo)
2: Adding a trainer to your account:
On the left hand menu select "Trainers". On this screen you will see your profile image as the original trainer on the account.
Select the "Add trainer" button on the top right and you will see this screen displayed:
Complete the required details and select "Add Trainer". (Please note: this will automatically update your subscription with the relevant amount).
This will generate an invitation via email to the trainer. They will need to click on the link in that email to complete their account set up (create their password, add their profile bio and image). They will also receive an email asking them to verify their account which is a simple click of a link.
Once these steps are completed they will appear in your list of trainers and they can start actively using their account:
